Malik Khalil holds a dual function within AL Mashrea Legal Consultants; responsibility for the firm’s internal technology infrastructure, and direct advisory support to clients on the technical dimensions of their cross-border mandates.

With over a decade of experience across enterprise systems administration, cloud infrastructure, web development, and AI-integrated digital architecture spanning regulated financial services in the United Kingdom, institutional development environments, and commercial operations across East Asia, the Gulf, the Eastern Mediterranean, Europe, and North Africa, he brings to both functions a discipline built in environments where technical integrity is not optional.

Inside the firm, he manages the security protocols, systems, and platforms that underpin AL Mashrea’s international operations. In client engagements, he works alongside the firm’s legal team where legal and technical requirements are inseparable: market entry infrastructure, data compliance architecture, technology governance, and cross-jurisdictional platform development.

He holds a BSc. in Computer Science from SIU University, an MSc. in Software Engineering from SUST University, a certificate in Web Design and Development from the University of Leeds, and a professional qualification in Digital Skills and UX from Accenture Institute.
