It is structured around three disciplines: cross-border transactions and investment structuring, corporate and institutional advisory, and market entry with legal AI strategy delivered not as isolated services, but as a coordinated mandate built around structured investment flow and long-term positioning.

He works with a selected range of clients and partners across jurisdictions where legal frameworks must be built to align with commercial objectives, and where every position taken in a new market is structured before it is occupied.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws in Sharia and Law.(LLB)
